I bought the clock direct from manufacturer but when Paul came to fit it, he found that the current broken clock was bypassed by the previous owners and we didn't have the electrical drawings - the manufacturer refused to supply them as he wasn't their engineer but Paul made a few calls and eventually got the drawings - all in all it took him 3 visits to get it sorted (about 2 hours labour) which wasn't his short fall at all.
