"I have a Worcester Greenstar boiler which needed a new thermostat and clock. I bought the clock direct from manufacturer but when Paul came to fit it, he found that the current broken clock was bypassed by the previous owners and we didn't have the electrical drawings - the manufacturer refused to supply them as he wasn't their engineer but Paul made a few calls and eventually got the drawings - all in all it took him 3 visits to get it sorted (about 2 hours labour) which wasn't his short fall at all. I was still only charged once even though spent far longer sorting the problem. I would have no hesitation in using or recommending him again - for service and price he was excellent.
