As a landlord I needed my Ideal boiler looked at as It was not functioning correctly. I had no heating or hot water either. My tenant had been complaining so i googled local repairs in my area. Most of them had extortionate hourly rates which I could not justify. Then I came across Heatcare South so gave them a call. Engineer arrived and accessed the situation and said my radiators were sludged up and I would need a power flush to remove the dirt build up.
