"Heatcare South had already been out to me and my sister was in need of help with her boiler this morning . So I gave Paul a call and explained that her boiler had packed up. He arranged to come out in the afternoon to have a look. When he arrived to examine her Ideal boiler he expressed his concerns on how old the boiler was and that it was not worth fixing. And she would end up spending more money down the line . So therefore recommended a new boiler.
