As a landlord I needed my Ideal boiler looked at as It was not functioning correctly. I had no heating or hot water either. My tenant had been complaining so i googled local repairs in my area. Most of them had extortionate hourly rates which I could not justify. Then I came across Heatcare South so gave them a call. Booked me in for the next day when I was available , gave me a morning slot and would call half hr to 1hr before engineer would arrive . Engineer arrived and accessed the situation and said my radiators were sludged up and I would need a power flush to remove the dirt build up. So he cracked on with it and finally I have a fully functioning boiler lovely hot water and most importantly a very happy tenant.
