"Heatcare South had already been out to me and my sister was in need of help with her boiler this morning . So I gave Paul a call and explained that her boiler had packed up. He arranged to come out in the afternoon to have a look. When he arrived to examine her Ideal boiler he expressed his concerns on how old the boiler was and that it was not worth fixing. And she would end up spending more money down the line . So therefore recommended a new boiler. Shocked my sister then realized that he had been more than honest and had her best interests at heart long term of breakdown costs etc, had she kept the old boiler. So he got a new boiler and I have to say was fitted so quick and I'm pleased to say job well done. Also she is so happy that I could recommend Paul to her as she lives on her own.
