"Very professional when allocating work slots. Half an hour notice before arriving to mend my Ideal boiler. Assessed issue and got to work accordingly as also having the right parts on board his vehicle to fix it. Very tidy worker and chatty . They offer a yearly service reminder in which they contact me to let me know it is due and arrange a date to come. I was impressed with this as I have not a great memory .
