My boiler had failed me and was not working at all. Called them up and explained over the phone what happened. They then made me appointment the next afternoon. They explained to me to go to my airing cupboard and put the immersion heater switch on so at least I had hot water until they got to me the next day. i was absolutely thrilled with this info as I had always wondered what that switch was for ha!!.
