"Heatcare South had already been out to me and my sister was in need of help with her boiler this morning . So I gave Paul a call and explained that her boiler had packed up. He arranged to come out in the afternoon to have a look. When he arrived to examine her Ideal boiler he expressed his concerns on how old the boiler was and that it was not worth fixing.
