Our boiler started leaking water last Sunday Paul from Heat care came round on Monday shown us the split and took photos of the split in the exchanger and advised us to replace the boiler as the cost of repairing would be half the price of a new boiler as our old one was over 20 years we went ahead. Arthur arrived on time the following day and installed our new Worcester boiler which is smaller and much quieter than the old one.
