Our hot water packed up on a Friday evening Paul our service engineer came out on a Saturday morning and advised due to the age and the scale blockage it was time to replace ot which we have known for a couple of years now The installer Arther arrived first thing on Tuesday had the heating and hot water back on the same day and came back Wednesday to finish off. Our boiler started leaking water last Sunday Paul from Heat care came round on Monday shown us the split and took photos of the split in the exchanger and advised us to replace the boiler as the cost of repairing would be half the price of a new boiler as our old one was over 20 years we went ahead. Arthur arrived on time the following day and installed our new Worcester boiler which is smaller and much quieter than the old one.
