Domestic gas boilers require an annual boiler service to ensure they burn safely and according to the boiler manufacturers specifications. A regular boiler service will also make your boiler safer, more reliable and more fuel efficient.

Heatcare South´s boiler engineer Paul is Gas Safe registered and available at short notice for boiler servicing and maintenance in the Chertsey area.

We offer discounts in Chertsey if you combine a boiler service with a Landlords Gas Safety inspection CP12, call for more info!

Please note that many boiler manufacturers require their appliances to have a full strip down service including combustion seals replaced every 3-5 years. This is not included within our standard boiler service.

Heatcare South's 11 point standard boiler service includes checking the following:

• Flue ways and terminals
• Ignition system
• All safety devices
• All visible pipework/controls
• Combustion fan
• Heat exchangers
• Burners
• Gas pressure/heat input
• Flue/gas analyser test
• Check for satisfactory ventilation on all compartments and external walls
• Provide electronic CP6 service certificate on completion
