"I would just like to say that I contacted this company yesterday with a problem with my Worcester Boiler, the gentleman I spoke to (which I later found out was Paul) suggested that I tried something first. I was amazed he just did not want to come straight out and rip me off for a few pounds. Having tried what he suggested unfortunately my boiler still did not want to know, on calling Heatcare South back they arranged for an engineer to call the following day informing me his name was Paul. The office rang the next morning within half an hour of the agreed time to say the engineer was running on time. I thought was great as I would not be waiting all day and wasting my precious day off.
