"I just had to send you a note to let you know how happy I was with my service Engineer Paul yesterday. I had a problem with my Potterton Gold boiler and he not only fixed my problem, he educated me on my boiler. Paul took the time to tell me why I have been having problems, (when no one else had) and also recommended ways of avoiding the problems in the future. Unfortunately, I had to leave before Paul was done (my 25 year old daughter was home) and when I got home that evening, I checked with my daughter and she said Paul went up and beyond the call of duty.
