BOILER BREAKDOWN NIGHTMARE WAS WHAT I WAS FACING UNTIL I CALLED HEATCARE SOUTH FROM GOOGLE." Found they where very straightforward, honest and told me they had an engineer working in my area and could have somebody to me within the next 3 hrs. Jimmy the engineer turned up at my address and get this asked if he should take his shoes off !!! what a lovely bloke. 1st impressions count . Impressed to say the least and he has not even fixed the problem yet can this get any better. Examined my Ideal boiler and it needed a new pcb part, and luckily Jimmy keeps all the parts on his van so could fix the problem there and then. Offers a great price for their repair on my Ideal boiler. Very knowledgeable on this particular boiler.. Outstanding customer service and loyalty to their customers.
