Hourly Rates
There is a minimum charge of one hours labour on all plumbing and heating repair and diagnostic work.
In the unlikely event the job will take longer than an hour, work is charged in 15 minute increments pro rata.
Boiler and Heating Breakdowns and Diagnostics - £105.00 - £125.00 per hour
Over 85% of jobs are completed within the first hour

Above prices assume no gas fires if your property has a gas fire please let us know
Please note that many boiler manufacturers require their appliances to have a full strip down service including combustion seals replaced every 3-5 years. This is not included within a standard boiler service.
Materials
We carry boiler and central heating spares as van stock. In emergencies we can collect parts on your behalf - normal hourly rates apply.
Any parts not available for same day collection can be ordered. Courier charges may apply.
Invoicing/Payment
All invoices are due on completion, payment must be made by credit/debit card or cash. We do not accept cheques.

With a broken Potterton Kingfisher boiler in a house with 4 small children!! Nightmare!! Out of pure panic I went on the internet and google brought up Heatcare South and I frantically rang them.
