We had been trying to get our Potterton boiler fixed for over a week. Several heating firms have made appointments then failed to turn up. We found your service excellent and speedy, next day service, was told Engineer would be there between 1 and 3 , he arrived at 1.40 , a very helpful and courteous engineer, carried the necessary part, so my system was up and working in less than an hour. Will be in touch when we require an annual service.

We have used Heatcare South to service our two Baxis for 6 years. We have just had our first breakdown and they were there within the hour, the boiler was up and running within ten minutes they certainly no there stuff.

The engineer rang before visiting to get a better idea of the problem so he was prepared for the job he faced. He was careful and friendly, putting me at ease. I found him to be very professional and not over expensive.

After a history of problems with the boiler which baffled other engineers, therefore leaving me with no hot water or heating, it was a great relief to find somebody that came in and sorted it out with no fuss.
