Charges
Our charges are 100 per cent transparent. There are no hidden extras and there is no call out charge.
Normal hours are Mon – Fri 8am to 5pm, out of hours please add £10 per job, subject to engineer availability. All prices are subject to VAT.
Breakdowns
Boiler and Central Heating Breakdowns |
£75 |
We carry all spares for Potterton, Baxi and Ideal boilers for immediate repair, 95% of jobs completed within the first hour.
There is a minimum charge of 1 hour on all jobs thereafter work is charged in 15 minute increments all rates exclude the cost of materials.

Please note our engineers only carry out minimal work and cannot service/inspect faulty appliances. If our engineer finds your appliance is not working on arrival for whatever reason we will still charge the minimum call out charge £60 + Vat. So please check your appliances are working.
